This cookbook was made as a Strnad project at University School in Hunting Valley, OH . I have a huge passion for cooking and I am currently studying at The Culinary Institute of America to become a chef. I am working on my bachelors in Food Service Management with a focus in Culinary Arts. This is my first cookbook and it was a fun project to complete over the course of my last year of high school.
