Lemon myrtle is an evergreen small tree/bush that grows in stony ground near the Australian rainforests.  The small, yet strong green leaves give out a fantastically fresh aroma of lemon and eucalyptus. Lemon myrtle is suited to almost all cooking where lemony freshness is needed: fish, salad, desserts, drinks, or a refreshing tea. Dried/chopped. Size: 3–6 mm. Storage: At room temperature in an airtight container. Allergens: Produced in a facility that also processes nuts.
